Jane Kowalchuk (Irvine), 93, of Bristol CT, passed away peacefully at home on Friday Jan 8, 2016. Born Oct 25, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Ben Irvine & Bertha Irvine (Waldo). Jane worked as a meat cutter and packer at Petits store in Bristol and later became a Seamstress. Jane always had a smile on her face. She was also a loving housewife, enjoyed cats and was one of the most sweet and caring people in town. Jane is survived by her son Gary Kowalchuk, and his wife Sibyl of Sparta TN, along with her grand-children, Sarah Jane Kowalchuk-Bilbrey and her husband Andrew of Hilham TN, John Egan Kowalchuk and his wife Kim of Avon CT, Michael Paul Kowalchuk and his wife Heather of Shelton CT, and Daniel Peter Kowalchuk of Sparta, TN. As well as her great-grandchildren Julie, Amber, and Alex, in-laws, special friends, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jane was predeceased by her Husband George Kowalchuk and her sons David and Ronnie Kowalchuk. There will be no public services, however Condolences may be sent to The Kowalchuk’s @ 22 South Camp Heights Dr. Sparta, TN 38583.
