Plantsville Girls Scout Troop 66150, along with Miss Plantsville Outstanding Teen Alyssa Daly, made cards and ornaments, and stuffed over 140 goody bags to be sent to the US Naval crew aboard the USS Hartford submarine, out of Groton. The goodie bags were issued when the crew members, deployed since June, arrived around Christmas.
