The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests from Sunday, Dec. 13 to Monday, Dec. 21: •Georgina Vargas, 60, of 46 Westerly St., No. 2, New Britain, was arrested on Dec. 13 for sixth degree larceny. •Stephen A. Feulner, 44, of 118 Broad St., No. 28, Plainville, was arrested on Dec. 14 for third degree criminal mischief. •Angela M. D’Amico, 26, of 17 Farmington Ave., No. 6, Plainville, was arrested on Dec. 14 for illegal possession of xanax (alprazolam) and possession of drug paraphernalia. •Kyle E. Lajoie, 27, of 33 Saddle Hill Rd., Newington, was arrested on Dec. 16 for driving under the influence of liquor or drug and failure to illuminate rear registration plate. •Jonathan L.
