The Town of Plainville offices will observe the following hours. On Thursday, Dec. 24, the Municipal Center will close at 11:30 a.m.; the Senior Center will close at 1 p.m.; and the library will close at 1:30 p.m. On Friday, Dec. 25, all offices will be closed, and the library also will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 26. The Senior Center will be open for the 41st annual Christmas dinner for members on Friday, Dec. 25 at 11:30 a.m. For reservations, call the Senior Center at (860) 747-5728.
