Police Report for the Sept. 18 edition

The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests: Amanda J. Girard, 24, of 103 Ledgeside Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on Sept. 2 for credit card theft, credit card fraud, and sixth degree larceny. David J. Balek, 37, of 6 Lampson St., Waterbury, was arrested on Sept. 3 for interfering with an officer. Scott Eric Sears, 46, of 273 Queen St., Southington, was arrested on Sept. 3 for sixth degree larceny. Samuel H. Patterson 3rd, 32, of 101 North Main St., Southington, was arrested on Sept. 3 for seat belt violation. Samantha Kaleia Carroll, 27, of 10 Agney Ave., Terryville, was arrested on Sept. 3 for two counts of sale of narcotics. Nicholas T. Oliver, 24, of 177 Redstone Hill, Plainville, was arrested on Sept. 4 for risk of injury to a minor and fourth degree sexual assault. Elmer Eleazar J. Cruz, 32, of 50 Pierce St., Bristol, was arrested on Sept. 4 for second degree breach of peace. Kristina A.
