Plainville police arrested a 21-year-old male at Norton Park Wednesday afternoon after a press release said he reportedly exposed his genitals to a female visitor at the park. Kevin Dellavecchia, of 60 Diamond Ave., Plainville was arrested Wednesday and charged with public indecency and second degree breach of peace and was released on a $10,000 bond. A press release said that at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Norton Park the female victim was parked in her car with her 1-year-old daughter when Dellavecchia pulled alongside her driver’s side in a Chevy sedan, causing her to look over. The female noticed Dellavecchia was nude from the waist down, the release said, and he made eye contact with the female and then drove away. Shortly after the incident police located Dellavecchia in his car about a mile from Norton Park, where he later confessed to the incident. Dellavecchia is expected to appear in court on May 27.
