[portfolio_slideshow id=6496] This past week, the Bristol Boys and Girls Club school-based sites (Stafford, Greene-Hills, Hubbell, Ivy Drive, Edgewood, Mountain View, Lake Garda, and South Side schools) have been working on a project. They have all been building their own trebuchet. The children have been learning what a trebuchet is, and all the history about it. Next week, during April vacation, children from each of the sites will be coming together at 105 Laurel St. to have a friendly competition with their trebuchet. The event is Thursday, April 17.
