By Lisa Capobianco Staff Writer From pizza and pasta to wings to grinders, wraps and salads, Dina’s Pizza, Grill & Bar offers a variety of different cuisines for customers. Located in the Marion area of Southington, Dina’s Pizza recently opened a few weeks ago. “It’s a family environment,” said Dina Gjizo, a resident of Southington who owns the restaurant with her parents, adding that they also offer catering and take-out for customers. “We always have fresh ingredients coming in.” The menu at Dina’s features fresh ingredients purchased daily from local markets. Whether pizza lovers are looking for vegetable toppings, meat toppings or pesto sauce, Dina’s has it all. Gourmet pizzas include Chicken Florentine, Margarita, Vegetarian Primavera, and Bacon and Cheesy Burger. The menu also features calzones stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese and golden crust pizzas. Besides a sit-down dining room area, Dina’s Pizza also offers customers a sports bar equipped with seven televisions to watch the games, and a dozen different draft beers, including Blue Moon, Coor’s Light and Angry Orchard.
