A Bristol man was arraigned Monday morning after being connected to a murder that happened early last Friday morning on Lincoln Street. Jeffrey Hall, 43, of 19 Lincoln St., was being held on a $1.5 million bond as of Monday morning, and is being charged with the murder of Bristol resident Jerry Duncan, a press release said. Bristol police responded to a noise complaint at 19 Lincoln St., last Friday morning around 3:30 a.m. The release said when officers arrived, they heard yelling coming from the second floor where someone said a person had died. Officers found Duncan, 36, of 15 Burlington Ave., suffering from a stab wound to his neck. Duncan was transported to Bristol Hospital where he later died from his injury, the release said. Hall was taken into custody, and the release said both men were attending a party at 19 Lincoln St., when they became involved in an altercation.
