PlainvilleHigh School will present the play “What I Did Last Summer” by A. R. Gurney. The performances are March 20, 21, and 22 at 7:30 p.m. The play takes place during the waning days of World War II in a summer vacation community on the Canadian shore of Lake Erie. It is a coming of age story about a 14-year-old boy. The story is both funny and heart-warming and is based on the playwright’s own life. The production is being directed by Jeff Blanchette. The technical director is T.J. Riccardo and the costuming is by Barbara Willard. Tickets are available at PlainvilleHigh School. The cost is $5. The play is rated “PG-13″ and not recommended for young children.
