The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests from Wednesday, Dec. 9 through Tuesday, Dec. 22: Donald Paul Bisson, 56, of 1367 Diamond Hill Rd, Cheshire, was arrested on Dec. 11 for possession of narcotics. In a second incident, he was arrested for reckless driving and operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Armando Perez, 71, of 34 Prospect St., Waterbury, was arrested on Dec. 13 for sixth degree larceny. Alex Raiford, 23, of 39 Landry St, #3W, Bristol, was arrested on Dec. 14 for conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. Daniel Thomas Layne, 28, of 39 Landry St, #3W, Bristol, was arrested on Dec. 14 for sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. Diaquan Tillett, 31, of 119-35 166 St., Jamaica, N.Y., was arrested on Dec. 18 for third degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Richard P. Rommele, 52, of 358 Talmadge Rd., Cheshire, was arrested on Dec. 19 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drug and failure to drive right.
