On Saturday, Nov. 7, Evan W. Foley of Troop 21 of Immanuel Lutheran Church was awarded his Eagle Scout Rank at his Eagle Scout Court of Honor, held at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Evan received official citations from Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Bristol State Representative Frank N. Nicastro, Sr., Bristol Mayor Ken Cockayne, and Grand Master Charles W. Yohe, of The Grand Lodge of Connecticut and The Connecticut Masonic Scouters Association. Evan is a senior at St. Paul Catholic High School.
