Bartlett, 25, of 177 Weston St., Hartford, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening. •Vincent A. Krasiejko, 27, of 66 Nepaug Rd., Burlington, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree forgery. •Timothy F.
