![Police are asking for any information regarding a suspect in a Walmart robbery that was caught on the store]()
The Southington Police Department have released a photo of a suspect wanted in connection to a theft at the Southington Walmart on Queen Street on July 24, 2015. The man, described as a 5’9” white male in his late 20s with blondish brown greasy hair, bluish-green eyes, and scruffy beard growth, approached the registers at approximately 10 p.m. on the day of the incident and inquired about water bottles. He went on to purchase a bottle of water, but leaned across the counter and grabbed $480 in $20 bills from the open cash register drawer and fled the store through the front exit doors. The man ran from the store in a westerly direction and was last seen running through the wood line and path that leads to the parking lot of the Southington Manor parking lot. He was wearing a grayish blue, tye-dye short sleeve shirt with a plaid shirt and light brown shorts. Police are asking that anyone with information about this individual contact Detective L.
