Garstang, financial planner. Ameriprise is committed to eliminating domestic hunger, according to a company press release, through its partnership with Feeding America. In 2014, with support from employees and advisors, Ameriprise provided 10 million meals and more than 30,000 volunteer hours to hunger-relief organizations across the country. “The donation of food from our community will help us feed the hungry at our kitchen, our senior feeding program and our homebound friends,” Bread for Live Executive Director Eldon Hafford said in a release. “Without the generosity of businesses like Ameriprise, we could not do all that we do.” Ameriprise has conducted numerous food collections for Bread for Life and plans to hold another in November.
