The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests: Vito Caldarella, 50, of 492 East St., Plainville, was arrested on May 21 for creating a public disturbance. Francesco F. Ranieri, 35, of 22 Phelan St., Plainville, was arrested on May 21 for failure to respond to an infraction. Albert R. Pakutka, 50, of 62 Whiting St., Plainville, was arrested on May 21 for falsely reporting an incident in the second degree. Onyx S. Barnett, 24, of 57 Oakland Tr., Hartford, was arrested on May 22 for sixth degree larceny. Elizabeth R. Moriarty, 24, of 166 Divinity St., Bristol, was arrested on May 23 for third degree criminal mischief. Joshua R. Kisluk, 32, of 53 Minthal Dr., Southington, was arrested on May 24 for driving under the influence of liquor or drug and failure to drive right. Antonio S. Prisco, 23, of 171 Babcock St., Hartford, was arrested on May 24 for sixth degree larceny. Robert L.
