The Town of Plainville is proposing to submit an application requesting funding for a Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program. The Town’s Housing Rehab Program is intended to assists low to moderate income homeowners to address safety and public health code violations, as well as necessary house repairs. If approved, the funding would be received through a Community Development Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered through the State Department of Housing.
