The Legion Realty Corporation annual shareholders meeting will be held on March 10 at the American Legion Post 72 hall, 64 Main St. Southington. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. Members will discuss a proposal to modify and update The Legion Realty Corporation constitution and by-laws. Changes will be presented and voted on by shareholders. Summary of changes to the Constitution and By-Laws are: Minor Editorial changes and corrections throughout the document Wording changes to Article II Organization Section 1 and 2 for clarification. Article III Section 5 Treasurer’s report and responsibility wording changes. Article IV Section 3 Calling of board meetings Article IV Section 4 Special meeting request changes Article IV Section 6 Notification to shareholders of meetings.
