This season’s influenza vaccination will be offered to: Any Plainville resident (ages 4 years and older). Any Plainville municipal employee. Persons who live with or care for non-eligible Plainville residents. Thursday, Oct. 16: 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Southington Fire Department Headquarters, 310 North Main St., Southington. Tuesday, Oct. 21: 9 to 11 a.m. at Calendar House (Senior Center), 388 Pleasant St., Southington Wednesday, Oct. 22: 3 to 6 p.m. at Southington Fire Department Headquarters, 310 North Main St., Southington Thursday, Oct. 23: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Plainville Municipal Center, One Central Square, Plainville. Monday, Oct. 27: 6 to 7 p.m. at Plainville Fire Company Station, 77 West Main St, Plainville. Wednesday, Oct. 29: 3 to 5 p.m. at Southington High School, 720 Pleasant St., Southington Please bring your insurance or Medicare Part B card. If you do not have insurance, a $20 fee will be charged for the shot. Proof of residency or municipal employment may be requested.
