The following is the end of season hours for Southington’s two public pools. The Memorial Park Pool, on Woodruff Street, is open through Friday, August 22. On Friday, August 15, the pool is open noon to 8 p.m. On August 16-17, the pool is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. On August 18-22, it is open noon to 8 p.m. Recreation Park Pool, on Maxwell Noble Drive, is open through Sunday, Sept. 7. On August 15 it is open noon to 8 p.m. August 16-17 it is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. On August 18-22, it is open noon to 8 p.m. August 23-24, it is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. On August 25-27, it is open noon to 7 p.m. On August 28-29, it is open 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. On August 30-Sept. 1, it is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Sept. 6-7, the pool is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The pool is closed Sept. 2-5. Southington Town Pools are open to Southington residents only. However, each resident may bring one non-resident guest. Proper ID (proof of residency) must be presented in order to gain entry.
