The Plainville Police Department has reported the following arrests. •Maxx E. Wheeler, 24, of 27 Seminary St., Plainville, was charged on June 21 with passing on the right, evading responsibility, and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $1,000 with a July 1 court date. •Kevin M. Therrien, 34, of 13 Bernice Ave., Terryville, was charged on June 23 with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, three counts of evading responsibility and three counts of turn restricted. Bond was set at $1,000 with a July 1 court date. •Jayson Delgado, 36, of 103 East St., New Britain, was charged on June 22 with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, illegal possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and turns restricted. Bond was set at $2,500 with a July 1 court date. •Cynthia H. Wilczynski, 54, of 56 Delmar Dr., Plainville, was charged on June 24 with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
