The Plainville Police Department announced the following arrests and citations from Wednesday, July 10 to Sunday, July 14: Mitchell R. Heinrichs, 37, of 14 Mercy St., New London, was arrested on Wednesday, July 10, and charged with sixth degree larceny. Charles C. Jasmine, 33, of 188 Plainville ave., Unionville, was arrested on Wednesday, July 10, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and failure to obey traffic signals. Edward L. Branciforte, 30, of 36 Paradise Dr., Brooklyn, was arrested on Thursday, July 11, and charged with first degree criminal trespassing, and sixth degree larceny. Thomas T. Kelly, of Hartford, was arrested on Thursday, July 11, and charged with sixth degree larceny, and shoplifting. Renald E. Villardi, 66, of 18 Hough St., Plainville, was arrested on Thursday, July 11, and charged with second degree threatening, disorderly conduct, interfering with or resisting arrest, and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence.
